Bricks were created with pyrography, 5 different colours (Pitt pens) were randomly applied to create the brickwork pattern, this was left to dry, then spayed with cellulose sanding sealer, and left to dry again. Bronze Embellishing wax was then added to fill in most of the gaps between the bricks.
